Shipping policy

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item(as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only). For damaged international orders, we are happy to cover the replacement cost of the item that was damaged, but the customer will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost. For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS. Once the item has been passed to USPS, Blueprint 139 Studio is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items. Blueprint 139 Studio is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling. 

WRONG ADDRESS: Blueprint 139 Studio is not responsible for shipping addresses that are incorrect or entered wrong at check out and will not replace these items once they are shipped. Please double check andmake sure you enter the correct shipping address!
