STORE POLICY/FAQ

All orders are made just for you once your purchase is placed.

PRODUCTION TIME:

Please allow 2–4 business days for your item to be carefully printed and prepared. During high-volume seasons (holidays or special promotions), production may take 4–6 business days.

SHIPPING TIME:

Once your order has shipped, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:

Most customers receive their orders within 4–12 business days from the date of purchase.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

We are so grateful for your patience as each piece is created with care.

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES: We want you to be happy with what you purchased,so please contact us at hello@blueprint139studio.com if you have any issues with your order and we will work our hardest to solve the problem. All returns require approval within 30 days ofthe delivery date. Unauthorized returns will be refused. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item(as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only). For damaged international orders, we are happy to cover the replacement cost of the item that was damaged, but the customer will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost. For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS. Once the item has been passed to USPS, Blueprint 139 Studio is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items. Blueprint 139 Studio is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling. 

WRONG ADDRESS: Blueprint 139 Studio is not responsible for shipping addresses that are incorrect or entered wrong at check out and will not replace these items once they are shipped. Please double check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address!
