In 2011 at the age of 36, I was diagnosed with an aggressive stage 3 triple negative breast cancer. As a wife and mother of 4 young children, I was devastated and in desperation I cried out to God and started asking Him questions. When I opened my Bible, it landed on Psalm 139 — where Jesus revealed Himself to me. He said that I was fearfully and wonderfully made and knows all the days of my life before even one of them came to be. I felt a blanket of peace come over me and it changed my life forever.

Only three years later I was diagnosed with a rare childhood bone cancer, and God brought me back to the same verse in Psalm 139. Hallelujah — I am now cancer free.
